What counts as one diagnostic report?
One report = one company analysis run, regardless of how many documents you upload for that run. Re-running the analysis for the same company after uploading new data counts as a new report.
Is my data safe?
Uploaded files stay in a private storage bucket with no public URL, isolated to your account by row-level security. Documents are read and analysed only on the server — raw files never reach the browser, only the finished report does. All traffic is encrypted with TLS, data is encrypted at rest, and your business data is never used to train AI models. Full details are on our Security page.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. Top-up credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Professional and Business plans refill to their monthly report quota at each renewal (unused monthly credits do not roll over).
Do you offer a partner program?
Yes. Consultants and advisory firms on the Business plan get white-label reports and volume discounts. Contact us for partner terms.
